With over 15 years of experience in litigation and talent management, Geneviève Ménard is a mediator and investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar, specializing in workplace conflict resolution. She has extensive expertise in harassment investigations and advises organizations on conflict prevention and resolution strategies.
Geneviève began her career handling tax dispute cases at a national law firm, before transitioning to a leadership role as the Director of Human Resources at a large international firm.

Jessica Schmitt is a mediator certified by the Quebec Bar in civil, commercial, and labour matters. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.

A graduate from Université de Sherbrooke (2021) and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2022, Jade Coderre has worked as a prosecutor in criminal and penal prosecutions, as well as a lawyer in a private law firm.
