With over 15 years of experience in litigation and talent management, Geneviève Ménard is a mediator and investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar, specializing in workplace conflict resolution. She has extensive expertise in harassment investigations and advises organizations on conflict prevention and resolution strategies.
Geneviève began her career handling tax dispute cases at a national law firm, before transitioning to a leadership role as the Director of Human Resources at a large international firm.
As a Member of the Quebec Bar, she utilizes her legal expertise, her master’s degree in taxation, and certification in executive coaching to provide tailored, people-centred solutions.
Jessica Schmitt is a mediator certified by the Quebec Bar in civil, commercial, and labour matters. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2013 and practices business and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and conflict prevention. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
Jessica serves as a mediator for the Court of Quebec, Small Claims Division at both the Montreal and Joliette Courthouses. In this role, she helps resolve a wide range of disputes in various areas of law (commercial leases, partnership disputes, employment contracts, copyright law, consumer law, civil liability, construction law, latent defects, contracts, etc.).
A graduate from Université Laval (2021) and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2024, Juliette Harvey Poulier began her career as a prosecutor in criminal and penal prosecutions. A graduate in Psychology (2018) and a law degree from the University of Ottawa (2023), Victoria Lemieux was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2024. She began her legal career in workplace health and safety, where she gained experience in analyzing complex incidents within a work environment.
Drawing on her background in both law and psychology, Victoria brings a deep understanding of how legal principles and human behavior intersect in workplace investigations. Known for her professional yet humane approach, she conducts impartial investigations with sensitivity, ensuring a discreet and respectful environment for all parties involved.
A third-year Civil Law student at the University of Ottawa, Alexandra Castiel has been contributing her energy and precision to Neutra since 2023. She excels in legal research, drafting memoranda, supporting administrative matters, and collaborating with our legal team on various tasks.
