With over 15 years of experience in litigation and talent management, Geneviève Ménard is a mediator and investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar, specializing in workplace conflict resolution. She has extensive expertise in harassment investigations and advises organizations on conflict prevention and resolution strategies.
Geneviève began her career handling tax dispute cases at a national law firm, before transitioning to a leadership role as the Director of Human Resources at a large international firm.
As a Member of the Quebec Bar, she utilizes her legal expertise, her master’s degree in taxation, and certification in executive coaching to provide tailored, people-centred solutions.
Jessica Schmitt is a mediator certified by the Quebec Bar in civil, commercial, and labour matters. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2013 and practices business and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and conflict prevention. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.

A graduate from Université de Sherbrooke (2021) and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2022, Jade Coderre has worked as a prosecutor in criminal and penal prosecutions, as well as a lawyer in a private law firm. These professional experiences have enabled her to develop and apply her rigor, discernment, critical thinking and ability to adopt a neutral and objective position, strengths she now uses to the management and resolution of workplace conflicts.
